The aim of the program to equip students with skills such as comprehending the basic dynamics of management and organization, understanding and interpreting business management, strategic decision making, strategic thinking, employee and business psychology.
The target group of the program are individuals who would like to advance their academic careers in management and organization.
Graduates of the program will be able to gain scientific, human and conceptual skills such as generating solutions to administrative problems, making theoretical and practical contributions to the field, thinking strategically, and making sound business decisions.

Graduate Requirements for Thesis Master’s Programs

Students can complete the Thesis Master’s programs in three semesters. The maximum time allowed for a student to finish the program is six semesters. Students who fail to complete their course work in 4 semesters are dismissed from the institute.
Students must take a total of 8 mandatory and elective courses and two specialization courses to meet the graduation requirements. Also, a GPA of 2,5 is required at the time of graduation. A total of 120 ECTS credits is required for graduation.
