Entrepreneurship and Innovation Management Master’s Program

The Entrepreneurship and Innovation Management master's program was established to inspire creative individuals interested in starting or developing innovative ventures that have the potential to make a significant impact on industries and economies by transferring our academic knowledge and expertise in
our field to future entrepreneurs and existing SMEs.

Students are provided with the knowledge and skills to create/manage new ventures, develop new management practices and implement ideas while creating supportive environments that foster innovation. This program provides professional skills not only to potential entrepreneurs but also to "entrepreneurial professionals". Students gain the skills necessary to initiate and manage projects, including business model innovation, leadership and communication.

Graduates are equipped to lead new business ventures and start-ups.


In this context, our program aims to achieve the following objectives:

  •  To enable students to acquire basic critical knowledge about the theory and practice of entrepreneurship, strategy and innovation management,
  • To give students the opportunity to explore and critically evaluate what it means to be entrepreneurial and innovative in today's global market environment,
  • To provide participants with insight and practical experience on the challenges of new commercial ventures and the renewal of established businesses by encouraging creativity, design and new ways of thinking,
  • Building the theoretical knowledge as well as the core business skills needed to launch new ventures and transform existing ones through innovations in products, processes or business models,
  • To equip yourself in key areas of entrepreneurship, including product development, intellectual property and entrepreneurial theory and practice, exploring how to use innovation to make a difference in your own business and other organizations,
  • To train people to think differently and give the skills you need to bring new and exciting ideas to market.


Graduation Requirements
The maximum student period in Master's programs with thesis is 6 semesters and these programs can be completed in 3 semesters at the earliest. Students who fail to complete their courses in 4 semesters are dismissed from the Graduate School. In order to complete the course period, it is necessary to be successful in 8 compulsory and elective courses and 2 Special Field Course (1 in each semester) and to have a GPA of at least 2.5. Graduation is realized with 120 ECTS credits.
