This program has been prepared for Human Resources Professionals with various fields of expertise and other candidates who want to improve themselves in this field. The primary objectives of our program are to enable our students to follow global and local developments in the field of Human Resources Management, to recognize the legal framework of Human Resources Management, to develop awareness of the use of data-based approach in Human Resources Management, and to acquire the methodological perspective they will need in their research, through the various compulsory and elective courses we offer. Besides, with the Project, our program aims to contribute to the development of our students' ability to deal with practical information with a theoretical perspective, specifically about company practices.

 

Graduate Requirements for Non-Thesis Master’s Programs (Distance and Weekend MBA)

Students can complete the program in two semesters. The maximum time allowed for a student to finish the program is three semesters. Students must take a total of 11 mandatory and elective courses and complete a project to meet the graduation requirements. Also, a GPA of 2,5 is required at the time of graduation. A total of 90 ECTS credits is required for graduation.
