The activities of the organizations take place in an intense competitive environment and, human management has become one of the main strategic areas in competitive environments. For this reason, organizations need HR experts who approach human resources management from this perspective. One of the aims of the HRM graduate program is to meet this demand. On the other hand, HRM is also an academic discipline. Conducting scientific research in this field, writing theses and thus developing HRM literature is something that can only be achieved through graduate programs. The HRM program with thesis aims to contribute to this aim.
The master program will train experts who follow the innovations and changes in the field and will also contribute to the training of researchers who can conduct theoretical and empirical studies in this field.
Graduate Requirements for Thesis Master’s Programs
Students can complete the Thesis Master’s programs in three semesters. The maximum time allowed for a student to finish the program is six semesters. Students who fail to complete their course work in 4 semesters are dismissed from the institute.
Students must take a total of 8 mandatory and elective courses and two specialization courses to meet the graduation requirements. Also, a GPA of 2,5 is required at the time of graduation. A total of 120 ECTS credits is required for graduation.
